Weatherization Referral and Packaging Program (WRAP)
WRAP packages a variety of services and resources to provide safe, affordable, energy efficient housing to low income, vulnerable elders. Local energy, housing and social services are coordinated for people who are unable to identify and use them on their own.
Other informal resources such as family, neighbors, community organizations and local businesses are encouraged to help. WRAP provides the necessary link between people and energy-related services, while targeting the most needy. It reduces duplication of services and increases efficient use of scarce resources.
